Things have been so crazy these last few weeks. The kids are officially home for the summer. I did not make them go those extra 4 make up days. That would be crazy they had already been given report cards and stuff. Yeah so I was the cool Momma that week. ha We had family in for the Memorial Day weekend and I will post pictures later. We had a great time, there is nothing like having my whole BIG OL LOUD FAMILY together. We have a new baby and I forget how different life is with a baby sleeping and eating. HA We love our EK and so thankful for her. We have just been spending a lot of time doing NOTHING AT ALL. We have been either in the pool or out on the river. We are so blessed, I mean it's been miserable hot for a few weeks now. I did something last Friday I have never done before. I took a ride in an ambulance. I had severe pain in my lower back and it wrapped around my ribs. EMT's thought it was gallbladder. It did not help that I had an Asthma attack in the middle of that which then cased a anxiety attack. Nothing is more freaky than not being able to stand on your own and not being able to feel your hands feet or face. It was HORRIBLE turned out a pulled a major muscle that has a name a mile long ha ha but it was a severe sprang that caused a severe pain reaction. My parents came up last weekend to spend the night and hang out with us I love having my parents in my house. It just feels so wonderful and I feel like everything is going to be ok when they are with me. I guess it's because I know no matter what I say, do or mess up. They are going to love me no matter what. I am so blessed to have my parents I know a lot of my friends and family do not have their parents and wish for One more day. A friend of mine just lost his dad, friend found out his father was given couple months to live, a friend of mine 25 pregnant found out she had breast cancer, and a close family friend's father has been in the hospital for weeks now. I never let a day go by without calling or texting (yep Ol MM and RW have learned to text it's so fun) and telling them I love them. I am just blessed far more than I deserve. This past week my kids have been at VBS with my Mother in law's church. They have had a great time and it was the first time THE BOY has been away from Mommy ever like this and he has done really well. I am so worried about this Aug when he will start school himself. WHERE HAS THE TIME GONE! Well I went on Wed up in Tenn somewhere to pick up our Big Girls new race car motor. WOW the things we do for our kids and the sad thing is she does not grasp the magnitude of what her Father has just done for her. I am sure he could have found somewhere else to spend that massive amount of money for a souped up go cart motor. Does anyone have any idea's about how to teach a child how to be grateful? I am being serious I know it's probably just the age but this child really needs to realize how blessed she is. The only thing I can think of is take her to Mexico with us and SHOW her just how blessed she is! I really am feeling like I am failing the parent test with this girl. I want her to be thankful and appreciate everything her Daddy does for her and provides for her. I mean I don't care about what I do because well, I clean her house, cook her food and wash her clothes, but HER DADDY that man he works his hiney off to give her a great life and I just feel like she needs to respect and appreciate all he does for her. Oh well I am not going to make this post a downer. We love our kids and just want to raise them the best we can possibly do. Whelp I better go get the house work started. We have a big weekend ahead full of racing and celebrating our anniversary a little bit early this year. I hope everyone had a great weekend Be Blessed...
