Prayerful

There has been a nasty sickness that has taken over the house! Hubby and I both have had sinus infections and ear infections. We are on the mend now but its been at our house for almost 2 weeks. NOT COOL!

Tomorrow morning my Daddy will be having his knee replaced at 10:00 a.m will you please say a prayer for him and the doctors. :)
He is not allowing me or my sister's to be there so I will just head down to Jacksonville in the morning with one of my besties to watch our twins play b-ball. Please pray for traveling mercies and for Hubby as he travels down later.

My parents came to da Boro tonight to eat dinner. Mom, Hubby and myself went over to the house and we gave her the grand tour while Daddy staid over here at the apartment watching move it move it 2 (Madagascar 2) with the kids. I think he had a good dinner Steak, Shrimp, Baked potatoes, Salad, Corn Green beans, rolls and Apple Pie! :) I had to feed him well I know hospital food is not the best! :) Well I am going to bed. I did not even sleep one single minute last night. I hope everyone is doing well and allowing the father to lead you day in and day out.


OHHHHH OHHHHHHH My sister got a call from her Case worker on the adoption. They moved her court date up to Thursday OF THIS WEEK. We are super excited so please be in prayer for us that we finally pass court and we can bring my precious little niece home to her family and friends who have been waiting on her for these 2 long years. I can not wait to get my arms around that precious baby. It's going to be fun having a girl to dress again. :) Well I am going to bed Night Night. Blessings

Randomness!

Not a lot going on here lately! We have been pouring our hearts and souls into this house and finally starting to see things come into place. The roof is done and the remainder of the windows should be here tomorrow (minus one, the glass company broke it in route to the door company) The brick are starting to come up the basement wall. :) Our cabinet builder came on Friday and we got to talk and I got to show him some things I liked and things I did not like. The same man who came Friday is also the same man that built the last two sets of cabinets for our old houses.

I am really excited about my kitchen because well I have been wanting this


sink for a very long time but it was far to expensive to pay that kind of money for well we went to Dixie Salvage over in Ft. Payne this past weekend and they had my sink more than 70% cheaper than it normally is. SOOOOOOOOOO excited God has been so wonderful to us he keeps on putting deals in our hands left and right.

Saturday night we headed to Pisgah to play Crossville for the area championship. WE WON Corey and Cortney were so excited and I have to say I am so excited for them. They are seniors this year and I think its great that they have gotten this far. I see B'ham its right at my finger tips now if we can just get past this week we head to Jacksonville :) SOOOOOOOOOO pumped! I just love these two girls and would go to the moon and back for them. Precious, Precious girls.

We had my sister's baby shower yesterday after church. It was lots of fun and I know you are all surprised but I did not take many pictures and they are so not worth even posting. You can go to my facebook page and see them Laura my sister has a big ol album full. :)

"M" had a good day today at school. I pray that she has all good days this week. Lord knows we need them :) Well I am getting sleepy and I really just need to go to bed. Thankful Thursday-

This might be a short one but I am very thankful for people who care enough about me and my family to hold us up in prayer. We are having some parental issues with our babies right now and I am just so thankful that I have these relationship. I also want to say how thankful I am for our Children's Pastor. I text her the other day in the middle of a complete break down and she stopped what she was doing to help calm me down and talk me through it. Pastor Liz I love you so much your not only a great Children's Pastor but a wonderful friend. If you think about it I know some of you do not even know me or know my children and here I am asking you on a blog of all places to pray for them. Please help me pray for her attitude, for self control, clarity of mind (choices) and peace. Thank you so much. So on this Thankful Thursday I want to say I am THANKFUL FOR YOU guys my prayer partners and blog buddies. I love you guys!
