This past weekend and so far this week!

Well we left from our closing went to the grocery to stock up or Motor home. Since our little "winter guest" we had not bought all that we needed to make it in the great outdoors. We were in Wal-mart for I know two hours with a list that filled up two pages of a yellow legal pad so you know that was an expensive trip. We got out of there right in time. As we were pulling out I saw someone who I really did not need to be bumping into so It was totally a God thing. I called Bo and said "did you see "____" he of course did not and I said they were pulling in as we were pulling out. Aren't you just so happy we serve a God who loves us enough to keep those who hurt us out of our faces" He said "Lisa he cares about everything down to who would steal our joy. I thought for a min and then it kinda just dawned on me I am letting people steal my joy. I had a long talk with the Father as I followed my hubby down to the campground. It was one of those talks that made you happy to be a child of the king. I am so happy I am not who I once was that's for sure!

Well we spent the Thursday night and Friday just swimming, and playing at playground going to game room, Saturday I got up and went to Huntsville One of our close family friends is getting married and my sister hosted a shower for her. For those of you who read my blog you hear me talk about Lori and Jennifer a lot. How we grew up spending almost every waking weekend in the summer together our father's spent the whole winter (hunting Season) together. We even spent a Thanksgiving together! Lori as wrote in her blog about how special our relationship is. Let me just agree and say it here. I always see these people in Scottsboro who are friends and have been friends since they were six years old and think wow that's way cool, but just the other day when I got an invite to Jennifer's wedding It hit me. I HAVE THAT. Laura, Lori, Lisa, Jennifer and Randi have been friends since we were little girls. We have been to each other's weddings (none of them to mine, but even my sister's did not come I eloped)We have prayed for each other through house sales, adoptions, and even when our four legged children are sick. I am so thankful to have all four of these ladies in my corner. Trust me when push comes to shove having the older two in your corner is the best place to have them. :o) Anyways we had a great time at the shower getting to see old friends and made some new ones. I am super excited about Jennifer's wedding Bo and I are making it a over night get away to Knoxville! :o)

Well at the shower I decided it would be a great idea to bring my two nieces back to the campground with me to surprise my girls. I picked up Addie first then Alana and then we headed to McDonald's to get milk shakes and take a potty break. Then to Wal-Mart to get Lana some rubber flip flops and a few things Uncle Bo called to say we needed. We had the best time driving down screaming Radio Disney songs and yelling at the slow "hairy armed granny man" (as Addie and Alana named him) on his motorcycle that was going two miles an hour. We got back to the camper and I told my two girls to go get the grocery's out of the car when they opened the door my nieces popped out it and my girls went nuts screaming and they all four jumped up and down. Then got right to business at hand Lets go to the park and play. We ate supper then headed for the park then to the pool then back to the park, made smores then headed back to the pool then got shower's and it was bed time. We had church in the morning and it was going to be rough getting four little girls ready.

Sunday we got up made breakfast and got the kids dressed and in the car. It was not as bad as I thought it was going to be. We just brushed teeth, brushed there hair and they got themselves dressed and in the car. We got all the way to Huntsville was crossing over Monte Sano Mt right there on 431 at the Women's and Children's hospital and Silas got car sick. I mean we were not 5 miles from church. He could not help it and Praise the Lord we had learned our lesson and have two outfits packed just in case. We got to church got him cleaned up and changed his clothes. Then it was time to go watch my baby girl graduate from Little Praiser's into Kids Quest. Wow where does the time go? It just does not seem like the other day I was putting her in the one year old class and now she is in with her big sister and cousin's in Big Kid Church. Pastor Norm and Liz did a great job of making them feel extra special they got to wear little paper Cap's with a paper Tassel and then stand before parents and the other little ones as she prayed over them and graduated them. We went back to Little Praiser's and had cake then Pastor Jackie came to get the kids to bring them to KQ. Bella had a great time and I have to say I teared up a few times. I am so proud of my girls. They may drive me nuts and sometimes I worry that they don't act enough like children but they are such good kids and they make me and there father very proud. We left church and went to eat at TGI Friday's. Addies Mom picked her up at church so we only had Alana left. So we had a great time of playing I spy and paper rock scissors while we waited on our food.

Then Uncle Matt came and picked her up then it was time for Sam's. We got a few things in there and then headed to Toy's R Us for Bella to pick out her Birthday gift. haha I know her birthday was in April but we never have had a free time to go to Toys R us. So we went in and she picked out a Bike while in there Bo called to tell me the bottom had fell out and that it was hailing. He went to Starbucks to get me a coffee then came into Toys to get the bike. I have a good hubby. ;o) Then we went to Grant cause well there was no reason to hurry back to the camper with the storm. We got to see Princess my parents cat's kitten's. They are so cute and tiny. If anyone is in need of or wanting a kitten let me know. They will be ready to leave Momma in about six to seven weeks. Bo and Daddy put the bike together well they started to then realized we were short a petal. UGHHH well we said our goodbyes and headed back to the camper! This membership has been a life saver for me. I don't think I could have spent the summer at the apartment with three kids. Down here they can ride there bikes and play at the playground go swimming all day and all night. Its just been the best thing Bo and I have bought in a long time. Monday-Today we have gone swimming, played at the park, gone on walks, rode bikes grilled out took long naps. It has been great yesterday we had to go back to Scottsboro so we could vote, go to the grocery and then go pick Kenzie up from VBS. We have had a great time so Everyone you are up to date with all things that are Boatner. If you are still reading this you are either really into this blogging thing or as bored as I am. ;o) I hope you all are having a great week and that you find a pool or a lake somewhere. ITS HOT! Blessings!

Finally

So I know I am totally a week late but better late then never right? We closed on our house Thursday at 3:00. I did really good and did not show my tail but a couple of times. The idiot realtor asked if we had found a house yet and I said ummm How are we suppose to put an offer on a house when we never can tell what you two are going to do? ha ha I promise that was the worst thing that I said the whole time. The guy who bought our house asked us to go for a "beer" (You happy now Mrs. School Teacher bahahah love ya girl) with him after we closed. Bo and I laughed our tails off since he really did not need another he smelled like a brewery ha ha. I can not tell you or explain how good it feels to finally be rid of that place. It was a good house and it served its purpose but it was time for a change!

On a what goes around comes around note. We found out that the guy who charged us 20,000.00 for 13 feet is charging the crazy cat lady 100,000.00 and he has started legal action against her and her hubby! Bo and I just smiled and says Do unto other's is all I know to say! ;o) Well That's all for that post! We are in the process of looking at houses but we can't seem to find just what we are looking for. A nice house with a few acres! So if we can't buy one we will just build one. We have two acres of land out in LakeView Shores behind my in-laws. So be praying with us because we are a little conflicted right now. I hope everyone is enjoying this wonderful HOT weather! Blessings!

I am sorry!

Well for the three of you that read my blog I am sorry I have not updated lately. We have been super busy. We bought a membership to a campground out in Langston and have been using it every weekend and I have to say its a lot easier to have the kids down here than at the apartment. Last weekend Bo and I decided to have an unplugged weekend! He cut his Cell phone off and I left the laptop at the apartment. We spent Friday-Monday down here. I have to say that was a huge thing for Bo to turn off his cell we are in the middle of pool season and everyone is calling and wanting him right there right now! So he desperately needed the break!

We got here and the girls wanted to head straight to the pool so we went right for the indoor pool and swam a while and then went to the play ground and played. The girls found some new little friends. It reminded me of my childhood at the State Park. My sister's and I were always making friends, but there were none like our camping buddies Lori and Jennifer! Saturday we got up and did the same thing Swimming this time at the outdoor pool then to the playground then to the pool again then to oh you get the picture. Then around 3:00 we got out of the pool got shower's got dressed and headed into Huntsville for a little Outback then to Master's Commission Showcase.

We had to go watch Shanna, Tinna, Marvin and all our other Master's friends. We had a great time and it was kinda sad to because Tinna Bella's friend from Iceland is going back next week and it broke poor Bella's heart. She cried and cried asked me to get her mailing address and her email so that she could mail her things. I thought it was to cute of her.

Sunday we got up did the same thing except my sister in law called my cell phone and wanted to know if her and My nephew could come hang out. So we made a Boatner family day of it. My in-laws came down with my sis in law and Walker. We had fun playing at the park, playroom, game-room and playing this cool game called ladder golf. I will have to take a picture and show you guys I could never explain it all.

We grilled out then my in-laws left and it was sit back relax and watch the fire. Monday everything as the day's before except we made friend with the neighbor's in the camper to our left we played ladder golf with them and cooked out and hung out around the indoor pool and then the camper till a HUGE storm blew up so we loaded everything up and headed back to Scottsboro.

I know it sounds like it was super busy but it was not at all it was very relaxing and we really just enjoyed being unplugged from the world and just being together! I will post later about our closing Praise Jesus its over. Hope everyone is having a great week Blessings
