Exciting things!!!
I am so excited about things that are coming up for us! Of course my day of birth is coming up and it's always fun for me to see what my hubby has planned. I am such a blessed woman my hubby spoils me. Our middle child will start cheerleading practices as well. That will last for months and months so I hear! Then we of course celebrate that little sweeties birthday mid month. I can not believe that she is going to be 8 years old. She has and always will be my tiny girl! Oh my they grow up so fast. I am trying to soak it all up because it won't be long and I will be sending them off to college! I have been a SAHM Mommy for almost 11 years now give or take a year while I worked outside of the home but was allowed to take my babes to work with me. :) I am telling you God is good to me. Well I have just in the last couple of years started leaving my children to go away for a week at a time with my hubby. It was hard the first time and the second time it got a little bit more easy. Well one of my very best friends and I have been talking about going on a cruise or something. Thats right just her and I getting away before the kids get out of school for the year. Well we picked our dates and picked out our condo and we are going on a MOM'S ONLY TRIP to the beach at the end of April. It will be my first trip away from hubby for this amount of time in 11 years of marriage. I am just really excited and can not wait to be on the beach with one of my besties. Who would have thought I would meet one of the most special people to me through a online message board. ha ha So what special plans do you have coming up in the next few months? Bunco and our Weekend!!!
This past Thursday I played Bunco for the very first time. My Mother in law and her lunch Bunch (a few ladies from our neighborhood) get together once a month to play. I signed up to be a substitute just in case something came up and someone could not make it. It is safe to say I was the youngest lady there. I however have always enjoyed hanging out with the more mature crowd. When I was a child my Mother would always find me at the back of the campground where the older retired couples who lived there stayed. We had a great time and I was the big winner of the night. HA HA I won most Bunco's, most wins and last Bunco. The only thing I did not win was most losses. ha ha ha I am hoping to get a bunch of my friends together to have a Bunco group of our own. It was a great time and I hope I get to play with them again. They said they were not inviting me back because I won everything. ha ha ha They were kidding of course (hmmmm I HOPE)
Well this past weekend was a busy one. Friday night we relaxed and for the busy couple days ahead. Saturday we got up cleaned house while Hub's opened up a few pools. Then we headed into town to sign our youngest daughter up for cheer leading. This is going to be interesting that's all I am saying ha ha ha. Then we headed to Home Depot to get some plants and things we needed to work in the yard. Then to the local Mexican Restaurant to get something to eat. Then Home to work in the yard HOLY MOLY that was a lot of work digging, planting, and transplanting. It was late when we finished and well we did not really even finish we had to go back to Home Depot because we were short a few plants. Then back home to grill and get everything laid out and ready for church the next day.
Sunday morning we got up made the kids b'fast and ironed clothes and off were went to church. We had a packed class this past week 29 K-5 kidlets. Have I said lately how much I LOVE OUR CLASS???? Well I do those kids make me laugh and I love it when a first time guest can quote the Bible version on Memory verse Sunday. We had some parents that were rather late picking up their kids so we did not get to leave til late. We went to the mall to get some lunch and let the kids play at the little playground in the food court. Then to get a few things we needed for next Sunday. Then to Dick's Sporting Goods to get some cycling shorts. LORD KNOWS I NEED THEM. That seat is doing a number on my hiney. These shorts have padding right where I need them if ya know what I mean whoop whoop :)Then we headed over to Bed Bath and Beyond to get some Bona Restorer for my hardwoods YES I am still having issues with the film from the stupid ORANGE GLOW ( DO NOT USE IT!!! HORRIBLE)well they did not have it but the iron I have been wanting was there and I got it ;)My Mom was there shopping with one of her friends so we got to get our Nanny fix for the afternoon. Then off to Sam's we go to get some coffee and we bump into my sister and one of our life long friends who were eating at the food court there. I CRACKED UP at em. We sat around chatting for a bit then we headed home. By the time we got home I was EXHAUSTED. That was our weekend busy as can be and I am now needing a nap from typing all of this. ha ha I hope you had a great weekend what all did you do this weekend? Whatcha got planned for Easter? Go Speed Racer!
Our oldest Daughter started her racing career a few weeks back. This is the day we had the track all to ourselves to teach her the basics. She had a blast and LOVES SPEED! :)

These last few pictures are the pictures the Cruise Ship took every night. The one of Bo and I in the sand is my favorite. HA HA HA Yes we paid 21.99 for a pictures just because it made us laugh!
